70% of our patients return to work 3 days after their procedure. The more areas that a patient has done, the more time they will need to recover. Patients can walk and move around the night of the surgery. Low impact exercise like walking, yoga and pilates can be resumed after one week. High impact exercise should be avoided for the first 3 weeks after the procedure.
