As the doctor lifts your forehead, horizontal wrinkles will disappear. Any wrinkles that are especially deep will appear more shallow, but it is not likely that they will disappear permanently. Laser resurfacing (either fractional or fully ablative) can be done at the same time or at a later time to provide further softening to forehead lines.
