The pharmacy at Artemis Hospital provides vaccines and prescription medicines. There are three pharmacies situated inside the premises of the hospital- first one is only for the in-patients and others are open for everyone of which one if situated at Gate number 2 and another on the ground floor near the OPD.

 

  • Media & Technology Services

 

Artemis Hospital provides the telephone and television services in all patient rooms, as well as other media and technology services for the patients and their relatives so that they can stay connected when at the hospital.

Television

At Artemis Hospital, every patient room is well equipped with television and basic television services at no extra cost. Also, the patient’s educational channels are available at no cost. Inform the guest relations executive, if you are experiencing any problems with the TV.

Newspapers

The well-known newspapers such as The Hindustan Times and the Hindustan are provided to the patient’s room on request.

Wireless Internet Access

It is available for the public use in the patient’s room.

Telephone Service

Every bed at the Artemis hospital has its own telephone number that the patients receive on admission to the hospital. The instructions for using it can be found in the patient’s room. Our International patients will be given the local SIM cards which can be inserted in their Mobile Phones for easy communication and access throughout their stay.

Guest Relations Executive

A guest relations executive accompanies each of our patients and their family to guarantee safety, comfort and satisfaction of the patients right from the admission to the discharge. We offer assistance to the patients ensuring to make their stay comfortable and smooth. If you experience any problems during accommodation or services arise she will address and resolve them on behalf of the hospital.
